Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks a Resource Efficiency Manager to support Fort Drum, NY, driving energy and water conservation goals and improving installation sustainability and operational efficiency.

You will lead energy management projects, coordinate with the Installation Energy Manager and program managers, review designs, quantify savings, and ensure compliance with DoE/DoD programs while maintaining security clearances.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree and/or PE registration with 5+ years in energy management.
• Environmental Science, business, or related degree with 8+ years in energy management.
• Two-year technical degree with 10+ years in energy management.
• No college degree with 12+ years in energy management.
• Obtain CEM or PE within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist IEM and Regional Energy Program Manager in building a robust energy management program.
• Develop and implement actions/projects supporting facility maintenance with energy and water conservation measures.
• Provide design review comments and project/program management support.
• Identify energy savings projects and provide construction coordination and oversight.
• Plan, develop, execute, and analyze ESPCs, ERCIP, UESCs, EULs, PPAs, and EVSE projects.
• Promote energy and water conservation and optimize utility resource use.
