• Set up and lead team actions for continuous improvement.
• Foster engagement and development among associates.
• Support HR to manage relationships with the union workforce.
• Guide the implementation of the plant's future state roadmap.
• Collaborate on supply chain activities for inventory management.
• Communicate with supporting functions for operational goals.
