Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Principal to lead its resilience practice, driving growth and client relations while ensuring project success across the West Coast. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects in a hybrid setup, based primarily in California.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in resilience projects, a strong understanding of business dynamics, and the ability to build high-performing teams. The position also offers a competitive salary and the chance to participate in bonus programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in resilience projects, preferably in consulting.
• Established client relationships in the West region, particularly CA.
• Professional registration (e.g., PE, PG) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and refine resilience portfolio market strategy.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across various projects.
• Ensure financial success across client accounts and contracts.
