Qualifications

• 15+ years in resilience projects within consulting or professional services.
• Proven communication skills with technical report writing.
• Established client relationships in West region.

Responsibilities

• Lead company’s resilience portfolio and refine market strategy.
• Guide proposal development and negotiate contracts.
