The role emphasizes coordination of stairs, roofs, façades, and custom installations, with a focus on BIM accuracy and constructability within a hybrid New York project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in residential architecture or related design disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Experience with modeling tools such as Rhino, 3ds Max, and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and integrate complex architectural elements.
• Support design of specialty components including stairs, roofs, façades, and custom installations.
• Translate design intent into coordinated BIM models and construction documents.
• Produce detailed Revit models and drawings for fabrication and coordination.
• Act as a technical resource across all project phases.
• Participate in internal reviews to maintain design quality and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, fabricators, and contractors for constructability.
