Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 10+ years of professional architectural experience with technical design leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit; BIM-based documentation leadership.
• Experience with exterior and interior architecture and luxury residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical leader for documentation, detailing, and coordination.
• Lead technical development from design through construction documentation.
• Mentor and manage a team of ~5 architects, prioritizing tasks.
• Translate design concepts into technically rigorous architectural solutions.
• Oversee interior and exterior development, including building envelopes and detailing.
