Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in Architecture/Interior Design, with high-end residential or hospitality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, design-focused open environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-end residential projects, specifically single-family homes, across all phases.
• Monitor the design process from concept through construction administration, ensuring design intent is executed.
• Engage with high-profile clients, consultants, and contractors at all project stages.
• Contribute to development and enhancement of office standards, workflows, and quality control.
• Maintain ownership and accountability for overall project success.
• Coordinate communication with other service lines, vendors, and contractors.
• Translate design ideas into detailed models and high-quality renderings.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
