Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Medford, MA is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor to oversee two homes and provide residential supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. In collaboration with the Director of Residential Services, you will supervise staff and manage ISP documentation and daily operations.

The role requires prior supervisory experience and a minimum of three years working with individuals with developmental disabilities in residential settings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with ADLs and help them function independently in home and community settings.
• Complete ISP documentation including assessments, support strategies, ISP modifications and progress notes.
• Attend DDS meetings and coordinate with Program Director/Director of Residential Services.
• Ensure regular house meetings and keep minutes in the notebook.
• Implement communication channels with staff, DDS, families and providers to ensure quality services.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and supervision of staff.
• Develop and post monthly staffing schedules within budget limits.
• Track staff orientation, training and certification compliance.
• Maintain safe living environment including emergency plans and medication storage.
• Manage all expense reports in an organized manner.
