You’ll provide person-centered supports to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or brain injury, helping them learn daily living skills, build relationships, and participate in community activities.

Responsibilities include supporting health and safety, coaching and supervising, fostering independence, and encouraging residents to pursue goals.
