Job summary

DRB Homes seeks an on-site Construction Manager/ Superintendent in Atlanta to oversee the progress of multiple new-home communities. You will ensure adherence to plans, quality standards, and budgets while delivering homes on schedule and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating with subcontractors, obtaining inspections, and leading site safety, with regular reviews and guidance for Superintendents to drive performance and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and fully comprehend construction blueprints, specifications and development plans.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills under tight schedules.
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork across diverse groups.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction across multiple sites (15-30 homes) and monitor safety and cleanliness.
• Develop and communicate home construction schedules to subcontractors.
• Obtain all required inspections from governmental/local authorities.
• Train Superintendents to foster career advancement.
• Maintain budget and settlement reporting, ensuring budget compliance.
• Attend weekly production meetings and conduct 90-day/annual reviews with the Production Manager.
