Job summary

ISN Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a government contract involving multi-family mortgage servicing tasks and activities in the United States. The role focuses on recruiting, leading, mentoring staff, and ensuring contract performance and security standards.

You will coordinate with client IT systems for mortgage servicing, reporting, and compliance, while managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables. A proactive leader with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (public administration, business management, finance, accounting, economics) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven (7) years documented relevant experience in commercial multi-family mortgage servicing management, escrow and taxes, loss mitigation, default, and risk management.
• Minimum of five (5) years documented relevant experience with knowledge of government Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• Must possess exceptional attention to detail, strategic thinking, and clear communication abilities to align contractor performance with agency missions.
• Work collaboratively with all levels of company leadership, operations, program support, and the government agency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview, lead, manage, train, and evaluate staff, and recommend program improvements.
• Utilize information technology systems provided by either the client or organization for mortgage servicing, reporting, etc.
• Manage project lifecycles, schedules, and budgets, along with proficiency in contract administration.
• Deliver positive results to the government agency by providing the resources and support required to succeed in a secure, production focused environment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership to ensure the program is compliant with contractual performance standards, defined processes, and all security requirements.
• Prepare reports as needed and submit contract deliverable reports.
• Work collaboratively with all levels of company leadership, operations, program support, and the government agency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to program and management staff regarding employees, program changes, and workload concerns.
• Manage surge capacity with the workload as needed.
