• Professional communication with residents, coworkers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, prioritizing safety.
• Document work in the property management system for accountability.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, smoke detectors, and fire safety equipment.
• Complete make-ready tasks during turnovers: painting, fixtures, cleaning, appliances.
• Maintain common areas and grounds, assist vendors, and ensure safety compliance.
