Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on residential or apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficient diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems.
• EPA Certification a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and proactive problem solving.
• Organized with attention to inventory and tasks.
• Professional communication with residents and vendors.
• Reliable with after-hours and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests with safety priority.
• Document work in the property management system for accountability.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Complete make-ready tasks including painting and fixture replacement.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on-site to ensure quality work.
• Maintain clean, safe common areas and grounds.
• Assist in managing inventory and shop organization.
