Qualifications

• Experience in residential leasing and knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Ability to lead property tours and present communities professionally.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and qualify residents in compliance with Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Lead property tours and presentations with professionalism and knowledge of each community.
• Process applications and perform thorough credit/background checks.
• Qualify prospective residents in compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Develop relationships with prospects and residents to foster retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with management to implement marketing strategies to increase leasing and occupancy.
• Prepare accurate lease agreements and ensure documentation complies with policies and legal requirements.
• Mentor and train junior leasing staff as needed.
• Maintain strong communication and negotiation with residents and prospects.
• Utilize property management systems and MS Office effectively.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
