Responsibilities include leading tours, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws. The role may involve mentoring junior staff and supporting marketing initiatives to boost leasing performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential leasing experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, property management systems, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead property tours and presentations with knowledge of each community.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and qualify residents per Fair Housing laws.
• Develop relationships with prospects and residents to foster retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with management to implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
• Prepare accurate lease agreements and ensure documentation complies with policies and laws.
• Mentor junior leasing staff as needed.
