Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical in Cookeville, TN is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to perform thorough inspections, repairs and replacements to code. You will order parts, coordinate with dispatch, and train apprentices while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable HVAC industry experience.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, heating, cooling and ventilation.
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical and duct issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections.
• Carry out repairs and replacements to code.
• Order parts for appointments and ensure readiness for service day.
• Submit purchase orders to dispatch or designated purchasing team.
• Communicate clearly with customers about questions or concerns.
• Train, coach and mentor apprentices.
