Cool Techs Heating and Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer for residential projects in the Shenandoah Valley region. Expect to install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork with emphasis on clean, code-compliant workmanship.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices.
• Knowledge of ductwork, airflow, and system layouts.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with low-voltage wiring.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Complete high-quality installations efficiently and professionally.
• Read blueprints and layouts to ensure proper installation and code compliance.
• Test systems and adjust to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Deliver excellent customer experience from start to finish.
• Mentor apprentices when needed.
