Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in installing gas piping, refrigeration lines, and ductwork.
• Solid knowledge of furnaces, heat pumps, refrigerants, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Install gas piping, refrigeration lines, duct systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Test, balance, and commission new systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with code requirements.

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality installations of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Install and work with gas piping, refrigeration lines, duct systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Test, balance, and commission new systems to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure every job meets or exceeds code requirements
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every job site

What You Need

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Strong proficiency installing gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, and ductwork
• Solid knowledge of furnaces, heat pumps, refrigerants, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Universal EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Good understanding of sheet metal practices and air balancing
• Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
