Job summary

Key Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated Residential HVAC Installer to join our well-established, family-owned team in New Hampshire. You will install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps, following specs and codes while ensuring safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Lead installer with minimum 3 years residential HVAC installation experience.
• NH Gas License preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Follow installation specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes.
• Test and verify system performance, efficiency, and safety.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer questions regarding their systems.
• Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices.
