Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in managing and implementing customer programs.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes implementation plans for multiple products and services, including energy efficiency, solar, and load management.
• Establishes program budgets and monitors performance metrics; prepares monthly/quarterly reports.
• Develops and executes marketing plans and materials for products and services.
• Provides customer service and coordinates with contractors, dealers and SMUD staff to resolve issues.
• Researches energy techniques and updates specifications; trains contractors and staff.
• Ensures safety procedures and regulatory compliance across programs.
• Oversees contracts and contractor performance; manages staff and budgets; plans and schedules work.
