Jarboe's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in Louisville, KY seeks an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead our residential electrical team. You will oversee field operations, mentor electricians, ensure safety and quality, and partner with leadership to grow the service business.

The ideal candidate holds a Journeyman Electrician License with proven leadership of residential crews, strong NEC knowledge, and a track record of delivering on-time, on-budget projects.

Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician License
Experience leading residential electrical teams
Strong knowledge of NEC and safety standards
Proven ability to manage field operations and budgets
Experience recruiting and developing electricians

Responsibilities

Lead residential electricians to deliver safe, quality work
Coach and develop technicians to improve performance
Oversee field operations from start to finish, on schedule and on budget
Ensure code compliance and high customer satisfaction
Review plans and mentor team on complex installations
