Job summary

Brilin Electric is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead residential production teams across new construction sites. You will mentor crews, optimize workflows, enforce quality control, and oversee daily field activities while maintaining builder relationships and driving safety and efficiency.

The role requires extensive residential electrical experience, leadership ability, and a clean driving record. A company vehicle and tech tools support field management and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of residential electrical experience
• 6+ years of job management/crew leadership
• Deep working knowledge of residential electrical systems and NEC regulations
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate daily job assignments for residential electricians, apprentices, and field crews.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure rough-ins, trims, and final installations meet NEC and company standards.
• Serve as the main site contact with builders/project managers to maintain schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot complex residential electrical challenges on site with clear technical direction.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA requirements across all sites.
• Monitor crew efficiency, track production, manage material usage, and review labor allocation.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for field staff.
