The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in residential architecture/interior design, a degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture, and proficiency in Google Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop,

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in high-end residential interior design or architecture.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign; Design Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential projects from conception to completion.
• Produce and review construction and design drawing sets.
• Contribute to lighting and millwork details.
• Oversee specifications, finishes, materials, and sourcing.
• Create and maintain schedules, budgets, proposals and purchase orders.
• Review contractor/vendor documents with precise order tracking and scheduling.
• Construction management; no furniture selection duties required.
