Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design development through construction and installation.
• Produce detailed drawing packages and coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Take responsibility for leading project and site meetings, RFIs and managing technical information.
• Track schedules and budgets and oversee FF&E, finishes, lighting and custom furniture through to installation.

We are excited to be partnering with a highly regarded AD100 interior design studio known for its sophisticated, high-end residential work. The firm is looking for an experienced Interior Architect / Project Manager to join its NYC team, working closely with the Principal and wider design team across a range of luxury residential projects.

This is a hands-on role sitting between design and technical execution. You will take projects through design development, documentation, construction and installation, while producing detailed drawing packages and coordinating closely with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors and clients.

The role will also involve leading project and site meetings, managing RFIs and technical information, tracking schedules and budgets, and overseeing FF&E, finishes, lighting and custom furniture through to installation.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience within high-end residential interior design, architecture or interior architecture, with strong technical and project management experience. Advanced AutoCAD skills are essential, alongside experience producing detailed residential construction documentation and a strong understanding of FF&E, materials and finishes.

We are looking for someone highly organised and detail-oriented, who can manage multiple projects independently while communicating confidently with clients and project teams.
