Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-end custom homes and luxury renovations from preconstruction through completion. The role requires managing sophisticated clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

The position emphasizes detailed scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and close collaboration with trade partners to ensure timely procurement and flawless finishes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction project management, esp. high-end residential or luxury renovations.
• Experience leading complex custom homes from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, drawings, finishes, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential projects from preconstruction to client turnover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and change orders.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain momentum and quality.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and client communications.
• Provide regular progress updates to ownership and leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and project coordinators.
