Job summary

Nbutexas in Boston is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Site Supervisor to lead premier residential projects across the city from pre-construction to completion.

You will manage complex ground-up multifamily developments and full-gut renovations of historic brownstones, coordinating subs, vendors, architects, engineers, and internal teams while ensuring budgets and schedules are met.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction project management experience.
• 20+ years preferred, with most experience in residential construction.
• Deep knowledge of Boston permitting, building codes, zoning, historic-district requirements, and municipal regulations.
• Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or Primavera.
• Bachelor’s degree and OSHA 30, PMP, or LEED credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex residential projects from pre-construction through final completion, maintaining control of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor costs, manage change orders, and proactively address issues that could impact profitability or completion dates.
• Maintain exceptional construction standards while ensuring compliance with Boston building codes, permits, safety requirements, and historic-property regulations.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients and project stakeholders while mentoring project managers, superintendents, and field personnel.
