Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in high-end residential construction, renovation, or restoration.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and suppliers while balancing client needs and schedule.
• Strong knowledge of best building practices and safety protocols.
• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.
• Capable of developing scope, preparing take-offs, and placing timely orders for materials.
• Skilled in carpentry and layout.

Responsibilities

• The role involves facilitating and managing all aspects of day-to-day operations while upholding high standards of quality and productivity.
• Oversee subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers; coordinate with clients and design professionals to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Monitor safety practices, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with project specs and budgets.
