Job summary

Logic Integration in Lone Tree, Colorado, seeks a Level 3 Residential Technician to lead high-end residential AV installations from setup to commissioning. You will independently install, configure, and troubleshoot sophisticated home technology systems while mentoring junior technicians on-site.

The role requires 3-5+ years of residential AV integration experience, strong networking know-how, and exceptional client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of residential AV integration experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Level 1 and Level 2 technician responsibilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience installing and commissioning high-end residential technology systems.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings, wiring diagrams, and scope documents.
• Experience with residential networking and Wi‑Fi systems.
• Professional communication and client-facing skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test, and certify low-voltage cabling (Cat6/Cat6A, fiber, coaxial, speaker wire).
• Build, wire, label, and dress equipment racks to standards.
• Install and configure TVs, projectors, distributed audio/video, home theaters, surveillance, access control, and motorized shades.
• Configure home networks (routers, switches, VLANs, wireless).
• Program and troubleshoot device communication over IP/RS-232/IR/relays.
• Lead field installations and mentor Level 1/2 technicians.
• Coordinate with homeowners, builders, electricians and third-party providers.
