Job summary

Logic Integration in Lone Tree, CO, is seeking a Level 3 Residential Technician to lead complex home AV installations. You will independently install, commission, configure, and troubleshoot high-end systems while mentoring junior technicians on-site.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of residential AV experience, proficiency with Control4, Savant, Crestron, and smart-home platforms, and a strong client-focused approach to ensure premium quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of residential AV integration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience installing and commissioning high-end residential technology systems.
• Ability to read project drawings, wiring diagrams, and scope documents.
• Experience with residential networking and Wi‑Fi systems.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test, and certify low-voltage cabling and equipment racks.
• Configure and commission complete AV and automation systems.
• Program and troubleshoot device communication over IP, RS‑232, IR, and relays.
• Manage firmware updates and device integration within smart home ecosystems.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Ensure installations meet company standards and client requirements.
