Job summary

Qualifications

• Baseline requirements: High School Diploma/GED, minimum age 21, valid driver’s license.
• Background check: pass a standard background screening.
• Interpersonal skills: exceptional communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Desirable experience: coaching, mentoring, or related human services fields.
• Core strengths: critical thinking under pressure, attention to detail, team-first mindset.
• Bonus points: CPR, First Aid or related safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Mentor students: one-on-one coaching and personal development support.
• Lead workshops: facilitate group sessions on essential life skills.
• Build community: plan and run activities for residents.
• Track progress: monitor student growth and connect to resources.
• Ensure safety: work with team to maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
