Delaware Valley Job Corps in Callicoon, NY is seeking a Senior Residential Advisor to lead and coordinate Residential Advisors on assigned shifts, ensuring a safe, structured dormitory environment and mentoring students aged 16-24.

You will supervise student behavior, assist with training staff, complete reports, and coordinate dorm activities while upholding Job Corps policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of Job Corps or related youth program experience.
• Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and mentor students effectively.
• Valid in-state driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities
