Location and Compensation

Delaware Valley Job Corps, Callicoon, NY

Pay: $23.84 per hour | Full-Time

Schedule

• Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Monday: 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
• Tuesday: 5:00 p.m. (shift unknown)
• Wednesday: 11:30 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:30 a.m.
• Friday: OFF

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Residential Advisors on assigned shifts
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive dormitory environment
• Supervise student behavior and support conflict resolution
• Assist with training and evaluating residential living staff
• Complete student reports, passes, evaluations, and documentation
• Coordinate dorm activities, competitions, and leadership programs
• Communicate with student families when needed
• Conduct dorm inspections and oversee cleanliness and safety
• Mentor students and model Career Success Standards
• Support and enforce Job Corps' Zero Tolerance Policy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
