Delaware Valley Job Corps in Callicoon, NY is hiring a Residential Advisor to mentor and guide young adults aged 16–24. You will help students develop life skills, create a safe living environment, and monitor dorms for safety and accountability.

You will lead discussions, support leadership opportunities, and maintain records while coordinating with counselors to boost student success. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of Job Corps or related youth program experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide young adults.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
