Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Minimum of four years of experience as a Resident Service Coordinator in housing or equivalent work experience.
• Experience providing clinical supervision and/or supervising interns or staff is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with Permanent Supportive Housing models and with populations including older adults, veterans, and those experiencing homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the property in creating and implementing programs, partnerships and services that meet residents' needs and comply with financing obligations.
• Serve as the lead wellness and service coordination point with Project PLASE, ensuring clear referral pathways and coordinated interventions for residents with complex needs.
• Provide guidance to property management staff on high-risk residents, crisis situations, and complex service needs.
• May supervise RSCs within the property or across the region and support properties without an RSC.
• Participate in Sr. RSC leadership calls and lead projects to advance department goals.
• Attend meetings to plan acquisition of new properties in the region.
• Maintain effective relationships with ARSM, RSC colleagues, corporate staff, and Property Management.
