Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator for The Carina in Pittsburgh, PA. The RSC will develop and coordinate support services for residents, working with property management and local partners to promote housing stability.

Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, building resident relationships, implementing community engagement initiatives, and documenting outcomes using Beacon’s data systems. Flexible scheduling including some evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years’ equivalent work experience in housing/senior services.
• Experience serving youth, families, seniors or disabled residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident referrals and connect to community services and entitlement programs.
• Build relationships with residents and local partners to support goals.
• Create and manage community engagement initiatives and contracts.
• Assist residents across multifamily and senior properties to maintain housing stability.
• Lead budgeting discussions with property management to reflect resident needs.
• Document services and outcomes using Beacon’s data systems; track budget.
• Attend weekly meetings and collaborate with the property management team.
