Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services or related field; 3–5 years’ equivalent housing experience.
• Experience coordinating resident referrals and community resources; ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate resident referrals and resources and refer to community services.
• Build relationships with residents and connect them with local resources and opportunities.
• Create partnerships with local organizations to implement community engagement initiatives.
• Assist residents at multifamily properties to maintain housing stability via programs with wellness teams.
• Lead coordination of resident support and resources on housing stabilization issues.
• Collaborate with property management to develop program budgets and outreach materials.
• Document services and outcomes using Beacon’s data systems; track Community Engagement budget.
• Process Reasonable Accommodation requests for residents with disabilities.
• Attend weekly meetings with property management.
