Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience serving diverse clients with mental health and supportive needs.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with barriers to tenancy, advocating for their needs.
• Maintain documentation and meet compliance for services provided.
