Job summary

Carollo Engineers, Inc. is seeking a senior project leader to oversee complex water, wastewater, and infrastructure initiatives. You will lead project teams, manage scope and schedules, and ensure successful delivery across design and construction phases.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of experience in construction/project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Procore, BIM 360, and Primavera P6. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, or related infrastructure leadership.
• Experience in senior project roles such as Resident Engineer, Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Owner’s Representative.
• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle: scope, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout.
• Ability to evaluate scope, schedule, cost, staffing, contracts, subcontractors, and performance.
• Experience reviewing contracts, scopes of work, schedules, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project reviews, audits, and site visits to evaluate project health and support delivery.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality to identify risks and improvements.
• Review reports, schedules, budgets, and contract status to assess performance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to teams and leadership.
• Travel approximately 25% to project locations to work with field teams.
