Job summary

American Campus Communities seeks a Resident Experience Manager to lead the property team and drive an exceptional resident experience. You will oversee all leasing, marketing, and administrative operations, recruit and develop staff, and manage budgets in partnership with the Service Manager.

You will ensure strong communication with university partners, execute lease processes, and maintain curb appeal and financial performance while representing ACC at events.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, marketing, customer service, or operations with leadership responsibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; proven team development ability.
• Prepared to oversee property operations and drive resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the office team and community staff to deliver a premier resident experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop direct reports to meet leasing and marketing objectives.
• Oversee performance evaluations and partner with HR on compensation adjustments.
• Manage property financials, budgeting, and vendor relationships in collaboration with managers.
• Represent ACC at resident functions and marketing events while ensuring high service standards.
