Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, with 10-20 years of relevant experience. The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $270,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of relevant experience.
• Optional Certifications may include PMP, PE, DBIA and/or any other relevant professional license or certification.
• Perform resident engineering responsibilities as outlined in scope and construction manual.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct RE staff in performance of tasks as per client’s construction manual.
• Ensure that all staff understand and meet the contract requirements.
• Conduct all weekly construction progress and other project meetings.
• Review and approve or disapprove contractor progress payments and schedules.
