Bechtel's Manufacturing and Technology unit is designing a semiconductor fab in Clay, NY. The Residential Architect will coordinate architectural design activities and ensure integration with subcontracted entities throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong organizational and teamwork skills, with a focus on maintaining architectural integrity during construction at a camp assignment site.

Formación

• Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate architectural design activities and subcontracted design entities.
• Prepare contractual documents e.g., Scope of Work and RFP.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and contractors for approvals and coordination.
• Coordinate design development with other disciplines and departments.
• Assist in cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
• Support a collaborative work environment and design integrity on site.
