Qualifications

Strong understanding of reservoir physics, fluid flow, and rock mechanics.
Experience with various recovery mechanisms and production enhancement techniques.

Responsibilities

Analyze reservoir performance data, including production rates, pressures, and fluid properties.
Develop and maintain production forecasts and reserve estimates.
Identify opportunities for improved oil recovery (IOR) and enhanced oil recovery (EOR).
Conduct material balance calculations and dynamic reservoir simulation studies.
Develop and implement well intervention strategies (e.g., workovers, artificial lift optimization).
Contribute to integrated field development planning and economic evaluations.
Collaborate with geologists and geophysicists to update reservoir models.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
Monitor operational efficiency and provide technical support to production teams.
Mentor junior reservoir engineers and share technical expertise.
