Qualifications

• BS in Engineering is required.
• 7+ years of oil and gas engineering experience.
• 4+ years of reservoir engineering experience.
• Experience with unconventional resource plays in the Permian Basin.
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in ComboCurve, Spotfire and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop plans maximizing Delaware Basin asset value.
• Provide reservoir engineering support with economic analysis and rate transient analysis.
• Analyze well spacing to optimize development.
• Assess completion and production practices to optimize value.
• Forecast production and monitor performance across wells.
• Contribute to acquisitions, divestitures, and trades within A&D strategy.
• Maintain long-term budgets and update type curves, PDP, and expense forecasts.
