You will screen candidates, partner with hiring managers, and build sourcing strategies while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes collaborative talent acquisition with a focus on life sciences, biotech, and research sectors, supporting diverse hiring needs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of candidate sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
• 2 years of operational excellence including process documentation and project management.
• 2 years of experience recruiting in the life science, biotech, or research industry.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume and high-touch professional and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and share information on the organization and position details.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for scientific, administrative, and technical positions.
• Balance requisition assignments and timelines for recruitment.
• Develop relationships with hiring teams to align recruitment strategies with department needs.
• Maintain a focus on candidate experience throughout the process.
• Participate in in-person and virtual recruiting events such as college recruiting and career fairs.
• Capture and maintain documentation on candidates' qualifications and status in systems and compliance guidelines.
• Evaluate current programs to suggest improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
