Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Senior Recruiter - Research to lead full-cycle recruitment for research, technology, and administration across the organization. You will partner with hiring teams, develop sourcing strategies for scientific roles, manage high-volume and high-touch searches, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of candidate sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
• Minimum 2 years of process documentation and project management.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting in the life science, biotech, or research industry.
• Experience with high-volume and high-touch professional and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and share information on the organization and role.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for scientific, administrative, and technical roles.
• Balance requisition assignments and recruitment timelines.
• Maintain relationships with hiring teams to align recruitment needs.
• Ensure candidate experience throughout the process.
• Participate in in-person and virtual recruiting events.
• Maintain documentation in systems compliant with guidelines.
• Evaluate programs and processes to recommend improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
