Jobgether seeks an experienced engineering leader to shape and scale AI-powered features. You will lead the foundation, build evaluation infrastructure, and drive observability and diagnostics for AI agents.

This role blends hands-on software engineering with people management and technical leadership in a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will mentor engineers, align architecture with product goals, and drive high-quality delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Qualificações

• 7+ years building production software.
• Experience with Python and/or Ruby on Rails and complex tool-using AI systems.
• Strong technical leadership and people-management skills.

What you bring:
