Collage Group is seeking a Research Manager / Senior Research Manager to lead full-service custom market research engagements across quantitative and qualitative methods. You will partner with major brand clients to translate data into actionable, culturally fluent insights and strategic recommendations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, quality, and storytelling without direct reports, with a focus on delivering high-impact narratives to drive client decisions.

Qualificações

• 5-8+ years demonstrated experience in consumer market research (agency, supplier, or consultancy side preferred).
• Strong hands-on proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
• Proven track record of creating visually compelling, action-oriented presentation decks.

Responsabilidades

• Full Service Research Execution: manage quantitative and qualitative studies from kickoff to presentation.
• Insight Generation & Storytelling: synthesize data into strategic reports with narratives.
• Project Management: oversee timelines and ensure objectives and client delight.
• Team Collaboration: mentor junior analysts and coordinate with vendors.
• Client Servicing: act as client contact and lead project kick-offs and updates.
