Collage Group is seeking a Research Manager / Senior Research Manager to lead full-service custom market research projects across quantitative and qualitative methodologies. You will partner with major brand clients, translating primary data and Collage’s cultural assets into actionable narratives that guide decision-making.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in consumer market research (agency or consultancy preferred).
• Strong hands-on in both quantitative and qualitative techniques.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear client recommendations.
• Experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about consumer culture and research design.
• Highly organized with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience with survey and qualitative platforms (Decipher, Qualtrics, Recollective, Qualboard, Discuss.io).
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Full Service Research Execution: Manage and execute custom quantitative and qualitative studies from kickoff to presentation.
• Insight Generation & Storytelling: Synthesize data into strategic reports with narratives for client action.
• Project Management: Oversee timelines and ensure on-time delivery and objective alignment.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team and vendors; mentor junior analysts on best practices.
• Client Servicing: Lead client communications and project kickoffs; ensure questions are addressed with actionable insights.
