Bovitz Inc. is seeking a Research Manager to design, execute, and deliver high-quality custom research projects. You will lead day-to-day operations, serve as the primary client contact, and help develop junior team members.

You should be detail-oriented, analytically minded, and passionate about turning data into strategic insights that inform business decisions. This is a fully remote role with optional Los Angeles office access.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Social Sciences or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in custom market research.
• 2+ years leading client-facing projects.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong analytical and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary client contact and manage relationships.
• Mentor junior researchers and guide project execution.
• Lead questionnaire development and align with objectives.
• Oversee data collection, vendor management, and field monitoring.
• Develop data tabulation plans and ensure accurate reporting.
• Review survey programming, data tabulations, and visuals.
• Collaborate to translate data into insights and compelling presentations.
