Apple Inc. is seeking a Senior Research Lead for the Services Consumer Insights team in Los Angeles. You will manage quantitative and qualitative studies end-to-end, translating business objectives into research plans and delivering clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.

In this role you will partner with marketing, product, and business teams, oversee the full research lifecycle from recruitment to reporting, and shape strategic decisions with rigorous analytics and storytelling.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of hands-on primary quantitative and qualitative research experience.
• Ability to tell a story with both quantitative and qualitative inputs, including data tables, video, and first- and third-party data.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of when and how to apply advanced analytics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages in the research process and adhere to timelines.
• Proficient in Apple Suite and Office.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams as well as research suppliers to translate business objectives into clearly defined research plans, ensuring stakeholder input and feedback are incorporated throughout the research process.
• Manage the full research lifecycle, including methodology, recruitment and sampling, questionnaire and discussion guide development, fieldwork, data processing, analysis, reporting, and presentation.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that inform business decisions for stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage multiple studies and timelines simultaneously, meeting internal and external deadlines.
